Isuzu lovers have had plenty to get excited about of late. The latest D-MAX cements the Japanese automaker’s hardy offroad ute at the top of many Aussie 4WDer’s wishlists.
And now, TJM have come to the party with a full suite of aftermarket upgrades and accessories that might just sway those sitting on the fence to invest in a new Isuzu ute.
After successfully completing test fits on an Aussie-spec D-MAX shortly after its release, TJM’s stock of locally manufactured protective gear has now arrived at TJM distributors around the country.
The new suite of aftermarket goodies is fronted by a protection range that includes the TJM RB6 Rear Step Tow Bar, side steps, sidebars, underbody guards and TJM’s acclaimed Outback bull bar.
TJM’s renowned Outback bar has been rethought to complement the unique front-end shape of the new D-MAX. It’s strong as an ox, built of 100% steel with 63mm-diameter tubing and a multi-fold channel that’s been strategically pressed and folded to maximise impact strength.
The Outback’s mounting system is so strong that it comes with 8000kg rated recovery points as standard, meaning D-MAX owners don’t need to pay extra to get an accessory that’s essential for safe vehicle recoveries.
D-MAX buyers can now boost their new rig’s ride quality with an XGS suspension upgrade. The XGS Suspension features an ultra tough seamless welded twin-tube design and a multi-stage, velocity controlled valving system.
Buyers can now trick out their new rides with a selection of sharp looking Aeroklas ute accessories including an all-new roller cover, tailgate dampener, twin drawer system and ute bed liner, while the new Aeroklas Stylish Canopy is due for release soon.
Following this initial product release, TJM will be backing up the range soon with additional bullbar variants for the D-MAX, a fibreglass TJM Premium Canopy, Aertec snorkel range and more.
