GAME OF SKILL PRIZE – TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Enter and win a James Baroud Vision Horizon Tent or Woody Jack custom surfboard

1. This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each entry will be individually judged, based upon individual creative merit. All entries must be an independent creation by the entrant and free of any claims that they infringe any third party rights.
2. Employees of the promoter and agencies associated with this promotion (4WD Touring Australia) are ineligible to enter the competition, as are their immediate families.
3. To enter, entrants must have completed the entry requirements as specified in section 4, below. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries.
4. Entry requirements:

      Entrants must complete the online entry form including full name, email address and in 25 words or less answer why they would like to win a roof top tent.
   2. Via Instagram
      Entrants must complete the form within Instagram including full name, email address and in 25 words or less answer why they would like to win a roof top tent.
   3. Via Facebook
      Entrants must complete the form within Facebook including full name, email address and in 25 words or less answer why they would like to win a roof top tent.
5. The judge reserves the right to disqualify any entrant submitting an entry which, in the opinion of the judge, includes objectionable content, including but not limited to profanity, nudity, potentially insulting, scandalous, inflammatory or defamatory images or language. The judges’ decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. All entries become and remain the property of the promoter and agencies associated with this promotion (4WD Touring Australia).
7. Winners of the competition must be 18 years old and over and residents of Australia.
8. The promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend the competition as necessary due to circumstances outside its control.
9. The prize is non transferable and non redeemable for cash. Prize cannot be exchanged. In the event that, for any reason whatsoever, a winner does not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the promoter then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that element of the prize.
10. The promoter reserves the right to substitute any component of the prize for an item of equal value at their discretion.
11. Prize cannot be gifted to other persons in lieu of the winner not being able to receive the prizes.
12. Once all prizes have been received, all other expenses related to this prize become the responsibility of the winner.
13. The promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including, but not limited to, indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, in connection with the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by laws.
14. Promotion commences 16 July 2020. Entries close 11.59pm, 31 August 2020.
15. By entering the competition, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these rules.
16. The Promoter is Escapism Pty Ltd, T/A 4WD Touring Australia, PO Box 825, Mooloolaba QLD 4557 ABN 27 634 781 972.
17. The information you are asked to provide to 4WD Touring Australia is personal information and is protected by the Privacy Act 1988. 4WD Touring Australia will not disclose this information to other parties in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988.
18. All entries become the property of the promoter, 4WD Touring Australia. The promoter may use the entrant’s names and literary pieces for any commercial purpose, including future promotional marketing and publicity purposes.
19. In the event that for any reason whatsoever a winner does not accept the prize at the time stipulated by 4WD Touring Australia, then the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the prize.
20. Entries will be judged by Carlisle Rogers on 1 September 2020, and the winner’s name will be published on 4WD Touring Australia’s website 4wdtouring.com.au and social media pages including Facebook and Instagram within 30 days.
21. The winner will be notified in writing by email within thirty (30) working days of the conclusion of the competition and will be contacted by phone (if provided).
22. If 4WD Touring Australia is unable to contact the winner within 30 days of the draw and has made every effort to contact the winner with the information provided by the entrant then 4WD Touring Australia will award the prize to another valid entrant.
23. All entrants consent to receive ongoing marketing material and correspondence from 4WD Touring Australia, James Baroud and Woody Jack Surfboards.
24. First prize comprises:

26. The total value of prizes is $5,000 including postage and handling costs at the time of the commencement of this competition.
