TOYOTA LANDCRUISER 300 SERIES TO BE UNVEILED JUNE 10

June 10 3:30AM Australian Eastern Standard time world premier!

Following months of rumours, teasing, leaked images and details, it has been confirmed that the most anticipated new 4WD of the 20s will be officially revealed in the early hours of next Thursday morning.

Toyota’s UAE social media channels posted that the latest iteration of the LandCruiser flagship will be debuted to the world simultaneously in a YouTube livestream at 3:30am 10/06/21 AEST.

Leaked Toyota internal documents have hinted that the new 300 Series will be equipped with a 3.3L twin turbo diesel V6 power supply, supplanting the 200 Series’ mighty 4.5L twin turbo diesel V8.

The modern V6 said to boast 225kW and 700Nm – a 25kW and 50Nm edge on the incumbent eight cylinder.

A 305kW/650Nm 3.5L twin turbo petrol V6 option is due for release in other markets, with hybrid electric options to be released in the future.

Both diesel and petrol engines are rumoured to be paired with a slick 10-speed automatic transmission.

Both engine options are said to have a tow rating of 3500km + 3230kg GVM.

Toyota are said to be initially offering the luxury ZX Grade, complete with illuminating side steps and 20-inch rims, as well as the more offroad focused GR-S Grade, equipped with offroad bumpers and E-KDSS suspension.
