LandCruiser Mountain Park is a vaunted name in southeast Queensland 4WDing circles. It’s gotta rate in just about every Sunshine State offroader’s top five spots for a weekend getaway.

There’s plenty to love. The park is privately owned and run so the atmosphere is relaxed and you can camp just about anywhere on the property.

It’s only 160km from Brisbane, so well within the sphere of easy accessibility. It’s even close enough for a daytrip if you’re really short on time but desperate to get the wheels spinning!

There are over 200km of specially designed 4WD tracks available to suit all drivers from green novices through to seasoned offroad veterans.

The park is the perfect place to test and build your offroad driving skills as you negotiate hills and gullies, washouts and creek crossings.
